Yoohooz… it Tuesday… another 3 more days to Friday~! WE ALL LOVE FRIDAYS… why?... it’s the END of the week! Duh…
Met up with the ever so happy Wai Leng today.. was really glad to see her cos its been quite some time since we met. I sincerely thank her for always being there… like wad we just read from the bible, she’s like the mustard seed which grows to the largest plant and gives shelter to others. I believe that everyone can be each other’s “mustard seed” when they are willing to reach out to help. As for me, I’ve always hope to bring joy and comfort to the people around me… I from this verses, I’m more determined to spread my love without demanding any return~! (lol… oi! I heard the eeeekkkz and the YUCKz!)
It is like a mustatd seed, which is the smallest seed you plant in the ground. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds of the air can perch in its shade. – Mark 4:31,32
A parent call the school today and complained on her son’s results. She claims that her son do not have any homework, nor notes. She blames this on the teacher as she couldn’t believe her son only scored 6/48 for his English paper 2 exam. I could sense her rage and tried to clam her down… but my attempts wasn’t helpful. Somewhat I felt sorry for her son… because she mention that he was a slow learner… meaning he is slower than normal pupils. It makes me realised that there are many children out there who may have difficulty learning… these children may be born this way… not something they have wanted if they even got the choice. I felt utterly unfair for these children… and so useless of myself not being able to help at this moment. But.. I believe that I should start little by little… right now all I can do is to help this parent get her message across to the teacher and hope for the better. *cross fingers*
Come to think of it, working at st gabriel’s primary allowed me learn many important lessons of life. (although the pay wasn’t that good) I come to realise too that its not easy being a teacher… and of cos good one is would be extremely and more more~ difficult to achieve. *cheers for all teachers out there.(I know its not teachers’ day -.-)*
